The hotel is housed in a 15th-century mansion that was once a private residence and oozes history at every corner. Major features include an ancient artesian well, a magnificent tower, and two historical courtyards and gardens that provide an intimate environment for guests. History is felt also in the 62 guest rooms that are exquisitely decorated in traditional French style and named after the region’s greatest wines and most beautiful villages.
Guests at Le Cep can indulge in one of the fantastic sensorial experiences offered at the Marie de Bourgogne Spa or enjoy a wine tasting session at the hotel bar, which serves a large selection of wines dating all the way back to 1984. Not to miss is a meal at the in-house gastronomic restaurant Loiseau des Vignes, one of the best in the region, where Michelin-starred chef Mourad Haddouche revisits traditional dishes to be paired with delicious wines from the extensive list on the menu.
